Group Coaching
Vescent group coaching is for mid- to senior level leaders who come together around a topic. It is different from team coaching since participants come from different departments or companies rather than intact teams. Like other forms of coaching, it centers around client goals, which differentiates it from traditional training.
Additionally, Vescent complements coaching conversations with self-paced, applied learning assignments. As with all coaching, the "heavy lifting" is done by the client participants between coaching conversations. Engaged participants are significantly ahead in completing their goals in material ways by the end of group coaching.
